Cancellation Policy

PORTRAIT SESSION CONTRACT – DONTAE BLINKS By booking a session, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms with Dontae Blinks (the "Photographer") for a "Quick Portrait Session" starting at $200. 1. Scope of Services The Photographer agrees to provide the following: • Up to 1 hour of shooting time • Your choice of location (within the East Bay Area or agreed upon) • Professionally edited, high-resolution images (minimum of 20) • Delivery via online gallery within 5-7 business days 2. Payment Terms • A non-refundable $50 retainer is required to book and hold your session date. • The remaining balance is due on or before the session day. • Payments are accepted through cash, credit/debit card, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp or Paypal. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations • Reschedules must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. • Cancellations result in the forfeiture of the $50 retainer. • The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or severe weather. 4. Image Delivery & Usage • Edited images are delivered via an online gallery. • The Photographer retains copyright and may use the images for portfolio, promotional, or social media purposes. • Raw/unedited files are not included or available. 5. Client Responsibilities • Please arrive on time and ready (hair, makeup, outfits, etc.). • Late arrivals may shorten your session time without refund. 6. Liability • The Photographer is not liable for missed shots due to lateness, behavior, or restricted location access. • Delivery delays caused by technical issues are rare but possible. • By booking, you grant the Photographer permission to use your images for portfolio, promotional, and social media use unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the session.
