If your order arrives damaged, I’ll make it right. Email lastnameblinks@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. I’ll send a replacement, or refund you in full if it’s out of stock. Return shipping on damaged items is on me.

One exception applies to what I sell: sealed CDs and records lose that right once the seal is broken. To cancel, email lastnameblinks@gmail.com within 14 days and send the item back unopened — I’ll refund it in full, including standard outbound shipping. Return postage is yours to cover.
