All sales are final. These are limited physical runs, so I don’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, I’ll make it right. Email lastnameblinks@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. I’ll send a replacement, or refund you in full if it’s out of stock. Return shipping on damaged items is on me.
If a package goes missing in transit, get in touch and we’ll track it down together.
Customers in the UK and EU. Consumer law gives you 14 days from receiving your order to cancel it, and nothing above overrides that. One exception applies to what I sell: sealed CDs and records lose that right once the seal is broken. To cancel, email lastnameblinks@gmail.com within 14 days and send the item back unopened — I’ll refund it in full, including standard outbound shipping. Return postage is yours to cover.
